The unified corporate standard to stimulate the birth rate in employees' families, improve the quality of life and support employees with children meets the goals of the Demography national project and was developed at the initiative of Sergey Shishkaryov, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Delo Group. The standard provides for progressive amounts of benefits and their drastic increase with the birth of the third child, including payment of 1 million rubles for the birth of the third and subsequent children. In addition, a set of measures includes additional payments during maternity leave, additional sick leave benefits during pregnancy and upon early return from maternity leave, compensation for kindergarten and children's camp trips, expansion of the voluntary medical insurance program for employees and others. The Group companies have introduced a “social manager” position to organize work with employees in terms of the corporate program, as well as to inform them about the system of state benefits. On Thursday, April 7, just two days before the start of the Russian Cup in Krasnodar the Women`s Handball Club ‟CSKA” visited DeloPorts (part of Delo Group) terminals. Men`s and women`s ‟CSKA” Clubs are closely associated with the Group, which is the general sponsor of not only these Clubs, but also of Handball Club ‟Kuban”, so employees of the Group are devoted handball fans.

The team came to Krasnodar region to participate in OLIMPBET Final4 of the Russian Women's Handball Cup – 2021-2022. The Cup will be held in Krasnodar on April 9-10. The best teams of Russian Cup - ‟CSKA”, ‟Rostov-Don”, ‟Kuban” and ‟Zvezda” will take part in the competition.  

After arrival in Novorossiysk, the athletes laid flowers at the monument ‟Port workers of Novorossiysk”, built on the initiative of the Delo Group. Afterwards, the team went on a tour of the DeloPorts holding terminals and talked with their employees.

The sportswomen got a chance to get acquainted with the facilities and see how the containers and grain are handled at the terminals. The CEO of DeloPorts Igor Yakovenko told the team about how the holding had become a leader in the market, about investment projects which the Group had implemented in last 7 years: construction of unique deep-water container and grain berths for ocean-type vessels, purchase of own modern tugboats that are an important part of the uninterrupted work of terminals.

The second place we are no longer interested in, because if we fight, we fight till the end - as well as you. For two members of the team, the visit to the terminals was not the first. Olympic champions of Rio 2016 Yekaterina Ilyina and Olga Akopyan by the sea tradition earlier became godmothers of two tugboats of ‟Delovoy-3” and ‟Delovoy-4” Service Company respectively.

After this tour the ‟CSKA” team captain Daria Dmitrieva addressed to the employees and shared her impressions of her visit to the terminals: ‟It was very interesting for us to visit your city. The city where the Group was founded, and to see how DeloPorts terminals work. December 23, 2021, marks the fourth anniversary of establishment of the tugboat fleet of the Delo Service Company (SC Delo), a part of DeloPorts, the stevedoring asset of the Delo Group.

On that day in 2017, SC Delo accepted the first three tugboats produced by Damen Shipyards Group. The tugs which received the name «Delovoy» with the relative numbering. Today there are six tugboats in the fleet in total.

The last years have shown that the decision to create own tugboat fleet was more than rational and justified.

In 2021, DeloPorts completed the implementation of the large investment project aimed at reconstruction of container and grain terminals. As the result the two new deep-water berths were launched, which allows simultaneous mooring of two vessels, including ocean-type ones.

The professionalism of tugboat crews provides quick and safe mooring of all arriving vessels, which makes operations as efficient and comfortable as possible for our customers.

Over the years of existence of the SC Delo tugboat fleet 4932 mooring operations were carried out.

Good working relations are established with the pilot service of FSUE Azov-Black Sea Basin Branch of Rosmorport.

Pilots play an important role in achieving uninterrupted and accident-free performance during all operations at the berths of the DeloPorts terminals. This especially is true for the mooring operations in unfavorable weather conditions.

The same effective cooperation was established with all other port services, which facilitates the successful achievement of the tasks.

The tugboat “Delovoy-6”, manufactured by Damen Shipyards Group, arrived at the port of Novorossiysk on the BBC ONYX on February 8, 2021.

The blessing ceremony was conducted by Bishop Feognost of Novorossiysk and Gelendzhik.

According to the maritime tradition, Natalia Semevskaya, Deputy Director of the Branch of OOO Delo-Center in the city of Novorossiysk, became the godmother. Natalia Semevskaya has been working in the holding for over 25 years.

The main characteristics of «Delovoy-6» are length - 22.73 m, width - 9.80 m, engine power - 3000 kW or 4080 hp, tugboat type - azimuth. The increase in the number of the tugboats fleet is part of the ongoing plans to expand the production capabilities of stevedore assets. Chief Executive Officer of DeloPorts, Igor Yakovenko emphasized: «After the launch of the reconstructed KSK Grain Terminal, scheduled for the summer of 2021, we expect to host grain carriers with a carrying capacity of up to 100 thousand tons. The NUTEP Container Terminal is operating at full capacity. Very soon, we will have to simultaneously moor large vessels at both terminals, so expanding our own tugboat fleet is a logical step towards solving this problem». In addition to the towing functions itself, «Delovoy-6» is equipped with a fire-prevention system. Now the fleet of SC Delo consists of six powerful tugboats, three of which have a fire class.

In October 2020, CMA CGM launched a new linear service with weekly calls of vessels at NUTEP Container Terminal (part of DeloPorts). Container carriers ANDANTE DINA and TRADER, both with a capacity of 800 TEU, will operate on the Mersin-Odessa-Novorossiysk-Ambarli-Piraei-Mersin route. "CMA CGM is the fourth largest maritime transportation company in the world. We highly appreciate the trust in our services, our time and the time of our partners, therefore we guarantee efficiency and quality"- Oleg Nechaev, the CEO of SC Delo commented the start of cooperation. According to the agreement, SC Delo, with its own towing fleet provides a wide range of agency services for vessels operating on the line of CMA CGM Group.

he contracts for the supply of the three STS and four RTG were signed in June 2017; the reach stackers were ordered in January 2019. The overall contract value is USD 22.5 million under the DAT terms.

The new STS with a track gage of 18 m, a cantilever span of 54 m and a lifting height above the berth of 40 m are the largest on the Russian Black sea coast, allowing NUTEP to handle vessels up to 10,000 TEUs.

Apart from the unique STS, the terminal received four RTG for handling stacks of 7+1 in width and 5+1 in height, and 2 reach stackers with a capacity of 45 tons.

The equipment was loaded onboard on January 28, it took less than three months for it to reach the port of Novorossiysk. The unloading, setup and commissioning will take 40 days depending on weather conditions. The vessel crew, 35 specialists from ZPMC and IPSK, St. Petersburg, will participate in the assembly of the equipment.

The berth No. 38 construction project is being implemented as part of the investment program that involves construction of the berth No. 38 as well as developing the terminal area by concreting for additional storage space and switching the terminal to RTG technology that will increase its storage density.

The investment project will increase the capacity of NUTEP from the existing 350 thous. TEUs to 700 thous. TEUs, the storage capacity from 12,000 TEUs to 15,000 TEUs on the berth and up to 19,000 TEUs at the terminal area. NUTEP will be able to receive and handle vessels up to 10,000 TEUs. Moreover, the new berth will reduce the shipping cost for container lines.

NUTEP is located in the South-Eastern cargo district of the port of Novorossiysk. The terminal operates 4 berths (two container berths and 2 Ro-Ro).

Traditionally each boat is blessed by a godmother. Prominent Olympic handball champions of 2016 Rio-de-Janeiro Games Olga Akopyan and Irina Bliznova became the godmothers of SC Delo new tugboats. Delivery of the 6th vessel is scheduled for the start of 2021. Total investments in the tug boat fleet of SC Delo will exceed 31 mln euro of own and borrowed funds. The new tug will be used for towing, mooring, firefighting and a wide range of additional harbour tasks at the grain and container terminals owned by DeloPorts at the port of Novorossiysk on the Black Sea. Because of its compact size and its bollard pull of 50 tonnes the ASD Tug 2310 is the ideal tool to work at the terminals. Currently the Delovoy-04 and Delovoy-05 are on their way from the building yard in China to the Black Sea with delivery scheduled for the end of this month. On arrival the vessels will begin operations immediately. The relationship between Delo Group and Damen started two years ago in 2016, but in this short period of time the companies have become good partners. On the premises of another Delo Group subsidiary, Aleksino Port Marina Shipyard in Novorossiysk, Damen has established a Service Hub that allows it to deliver quick and professional services for Damen customers in the Black Sea and eastern Mediterranean region.

Delo Service Company (SC ‘Delo’), specializing in bunkering services and providing agency and tugboat operations on the berths of DeloPorts, and the largest Dutch shipbuilding company Damen Shipyards (Damen) signed an agreement on the purchase and delivery of the new tugboat ASD 2310 to the port of Novorossiysk. Delivery of the tugboat "Delovoy-5" with the capacity of 3,000 kW is planned for the 4th quarter of 2018. In December 2017, SC ‘Delo’ started mooring operations for ships calling at DeloPorts terminals using new tugboats. There are three highly maneuverable tugboats in the fleet of SC ‘Delo’ delivered by Damen. The fourth tugboat will be delivered to Novorossiysk in November 2018. Commenting on the signing of the agreement, CEO of SC ‘Delo’ Oleg Nechaev noted: "We are glad to cooperate with colleagues from Damen. Tugboats of this project are by far the most modern in the port of Novorossiysk. The purchase of the new tugboat is related to the increase in the capacity of DeloPorts stevedore assets and the commissioning of the deepwater berth No. 38 in the first half of 2019. " Damen Shipyards Group is the largest shipbuilding group that unites shipbuilding and ship repair yards all over the world.

The tugboats "Delovoy - 1", "Delovoy - 2", "Delovoy - 3" belong to Delo Service Company (part of the stevedore holding DeloPorts), which specializes in bunkering vessels and providing agency and tugboat operations.

Earlier on December 23, 2017, three tugboats for the Delo Service Company were delivered to the port of Novorossiysk. The fourth tugboat will be delivered in 2018. The delivery of tugboats is carried out within the framework of an agreement signed earlier with the Dutch company Damen Shipyards Group.

On 23 December 2017, three tug boats were delivered to the port of Novorossiysk by the vessel Prima Dora. The tug boats for Delo Service Company were unloaded at the berth of NUTEP. The fourth tug boat is scheduled for delivery in 2018. The delivery of tug boats was carried out as part of a previously signed agreement with the Dutch company Damen Shipyards Group.
